Cyclonic rains sweeping across Telangana caused major disruption to transport and public life on Wednesday, forcing several trains to halt after tracks were submerged under water. The Golconda Express, bound for Hyderabad, was stopped at Dornakal Junction when rising water levels inundated the railway station platform.
