WACO, Texas (KWTX) - We’re just a couple days from Halloween and Midway Orchestra has a fitting event for the holiday coming up.

121 orchestra students will take the stage Thursday; playing a live soundtrack to the film “Robot vs the Aztec Mummy.”

We’re told this fundraising event is raising money for student travel accounts -- allowing students to travel to festivals come spring time.

The preparation for this production is unique; students have been practicing in and out of school to time their instruments to the film.

Midway Orchestra Director Terence Guerrero says this isn’t the first time the orchestra has conducted a performance like this.

“It started in about 2011, from our previous head director, Beau Benson. He wrote a soundtrack to Nosferatu which was the 1922 silent film and
