Actor Ravi Mohan recently got dragged into legal trouble with a beverage company, Indospirit Beverages, after he revealed the title of his upcoming comedy ‘Bro Code’. The use of the title ‘Bro Code’ was prohibited as it was the same name as a beverage sold by the company. The Madras High Court agreed to Ravi Mohan’s plea to use the title ‘Bro Code’ for his movie, but the verdict was reversed by the Delhi High Court, which asked the actor to provide an explanation as to what happened. The actor’s team had already responded to the legal notice. Ravi’s team clarified that the company decided to go ahead with the case in court after the actor refused to endorse their brand in the film.
