NEW DELHI: President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday posed for a photograph with Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot Squadron Leader Shivangi Singh, whom Pakistan had falsely claimed to have captured during Operation Sindoor. Pakistani media had earlier reported that a fighter jet flown by Shivangi Singh was shot down and that she had been taken into custody- a claim that has now been proven completely false.
The photo was taken at the Ambala Air Force Station in Haryana, after President Murmu flew in the new Rafale fighter jet.
