EASTON, Mass. (WPRI) — A 20-year-old man has died after a serious crash early Wednesday morning in Easton.

Crews responding to reports of a single-car crash on Route 138 near the Raynham town line around 1 a.m. found a Tesla in the woods on fire with significant damage, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.

The victim was found in the back seat of the car and pronounced dead at the scene, the DA's office said. Officials are working to notify the family.

The DA's office said the crash doesn't appear to be suspicious, but it remains under investigation.
