3LEHIGH ACRES, FL – A neighborhood confrontation spiraled into a dangerous standoff Sunday when a 23-year-old woman allegedly pointed a gun at a family during a road rage incident.

Deputies say the encounter unfolded at the intersection of 19th Street SW and Ruth Avenue S.

Video from her own car-mounted camera shows the suspect, identified as Esmerelda Cruz, driving toward her neighbors before stepping out of her vehicle and aiming a handgun at them and their dog.
