Months after a court ruling allowed an adopted son of former Gov. Matt Bevin and his ex-wife Glenna Bevin to intervene for child support in his parents' divorce, a judge has dismissed appeals over the decision and allowed the case to move forward.
The Oct. 27 ruling from Court of Appeals Judge Larry Thompson found Jonah Bevin should be allowed to continue his efforts because an evidentiary hearing has not yet taken place and unresolved claims remain.
