President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon and others have stated in no uncertain terms that Trump wants to be president after the 2028 election. All critics have cited the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution as prohibiting this. However, the amendment clearly states: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice…” The way around this prohibition is obvious, especially to cheaters. The GOP nominates Vice President JD Vance or one of Trump’s other toadies for the office of president and Trump for vice president. The elected president on Jan. 20, 2029, takes the oath of office and then promptly resigns.
