GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – The Greenbrier County Commission met in regular session on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

In the biggest news of the day, Commissioner Tammy Tincher announced that this would be her last meeting. Commission President Lowell Rose said Tincher was the only Commissioner to go through the WV Association of Counties and the National Association of Counties. “We greatly appreciate her efforts,” Rose said. “She will be working with the National Association of Counties. She will still be able to help our county.“

Ritchie Holliday presented Tincher with a wall plaque of the County Seal.

“The County appreciates everything you’ve done,” Holliday said of Tincher. A teary Tincher profusely thanked the council multiple times.
