New Delhi, Oct 29 (PTI) Former Supreme Court judge Justice Abhay S Oka on Wednesday wondered whether cracker-bursting during festivals like Diwali and Christmas was an essential part of religion, as he rued how the practice severely impacts the old, the infirm, and the animals.
