Penn State interim head coach Terry Smith is aware of the public perception surrounding the Nittany Lions’ Big Ten matchup with No. 1 Ohio State on Saturday in Columbus.
PSU is a three-touchdown underdog.
“No one is giving us a chance,” Smith said Monday during his weekly news conference.
Well, it’s hard to make a case for the Lions, who have lost their last four games going into a battle with the defending national champions.
To have any chance, PSU is going to have to get the better of Ryan Day’s Buckeyes in some key matchups.
