C.J. Gardner-Johnson’s chaotic NFL season will continue in a new home.
The veteran safety signed with the injury-riddled Bears on Wednesday as Chicago looks to fortify its secondary, ESPN.com reports.
It’s been quite the ride for Gardner-Johnson since this offseason.

The 27-year-old was traded from the Eagles to the Texans in March after winning a Super Bowl in Philadelphia, released by Houston just three games into the season and then signed by the Ravens, who quickly cut him again without playing a game with Baltimore.
