For the third quarter this fiscal, targeted interventions are planned for 12 mid-performing circles—Odisha, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh.
