RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A Richmond music nonprofit organization is seeking to break down the barriers that prevent students from accessing music by now inviting the public to join the cause this November.
“If I could say one thing to any person that's creating or allowing these opportunities to happen, I would just say thank you," said Ridgely Carter, a mother to 3rd-grade student Langston Carter, who is enrolled in the violin lesson program run by a local music nonprofit, Music Orchard Richmond at Peter Paul RVA.
