They may be royal, but when it comes to cheering on the Blue Jays to win the World Series, some fans are calling the Duke and Duchess of Sussex what they have shown themselves to be.

Disloyal!

At least to the Blue Jays and Canada, that is. However, this was a royal betrayal that many Toronto Blue Jays fans don’t mind at all. In fact, they hope Meghan and Harry don Los Angeles Dodgers caps and sit in the front row of Dodger Stadium again Thursday night as they did Wednesday.

Whatever they do, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex — who still have their royal titles but are not working royals — won’t be able to change the fact that the 2025 World Series won’t be crowned in their new home of California this year.

It will be won by one of these two teams in Toronto — either on Halloween Friday
