Vice President JD Vance isn’t putting the cart before the horse.
But he did have some words for Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who has been mentioned as a potential vice-presidential running mate for Vance in 2028.
Speaking exclusively on New York Post columnist Miranda Devine’s “Pod Force One” podcast, Vance said that Rubio is his “best friend” in the administration of President Donald Trump.
“He and I work a lot together,” Vance said. “A lot of the good work that we’ve been able to do as an administration is because we’re all able to work together.”
