Like they are most days of the week, the shelves inside Food Bank for Larimer County's airy Loveland distribution center were filled with food Oct. 27.

Its aisles were lined with shrink-wrapped pallets of Chef Boyardee, stacks of canned chicken, cases of fruit snacks and boxes of sparkling juice. Giant bags of onions and carrots and plastic crates of fresh green beans waited to be divvied up among the food bank's two no-cost markets and dozens of food pantry partners.
