FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Former Oak Hill Middle School Principal was arrested on several counts of embezzlement and fraud-related crimes, according to West Virginia State Police.

WVSP said Chad Quesenberry was arrested and charged today, October 29.

According to a criminal complaint, allegations against Quesenberry were brought to WVSP by Superintendent David Warvel and members of the Fayette County Board of Education.

WVSP began an investigation on September 4, finding that between Jan. 1, 2024 and Sept. 4, 2025 Quesenberry had falsified account records involving bills paid by the school to BSN Sports LLC.

Officers were told that the middle school normally worked with BSN Sports LLC for purchases and transactions related to retail products.
