The Election Commission of India (ECI) has strengthened its voter outreach and grievance redressal system by activating the National Voter Helpline – 1950 – along with all 36 State and District-level helplines across the country. These initiatives aim to provide citizens with easy access to electoral information and prompt resolution of election-related queries and complaints.

The National Contact Centre (NCC) will function as the central helpline for all States and Union Territories, operating daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM through the toll-free number 1800-11-1950. Trained executives will handle calls and assist citizens with voter registration, electoral roll corrections, polling information, and other election-related services.
