In the pantheon of superhero costumes, few are as recognizable or iconic as those from the 1960s Batman TV show . Though it only ran for a few years and had just one movie adaptation , reruns throughout the decades since have cemented those bright, colorful costumes in the minds of comic book fans everywhere. Last week, several of the original costumes from the show went up for auction, and, as one might expect with items so historic, they went for a lot of money.
