High Court to decide whether it will seize cars used to transport Enoch Burke to Wilson’s Hospital School

The High Court will decide next week whether it will order the sequestration of cars used to transport sacked schoolteacher Enoch Burke to Wilson’s Hospital School.

Mr Justice Brian Cregan is also expected to rule on whether an injunction should be made restraining members of Mr Burke’s family from the school grounds.
