The Owen Sound Attack seem to enjoy early games.
Tristan Delisle scored a natural hat trick, and Nick Sykora had a pair of goals as the Attack ended a four-game slide by cruising past the Sarnia Sting 7-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Wednesday at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
It was the first school day game for the Attack at the Bayshore, with 2,700 students from 13 schools across Bruce and Grey counties providing a noisy atmosphere right from puck drop at 10:30 a.m.
Delisle’s natural hat trick came in the second period, extending his point-streak to 16 games. Michael Dec and Jake Crawford also scored for the Attack (10-5-0-1), which jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first.
It was 7-0 Attack after two, before Sarnia answered with three in the third. Beckham Edwards, Rya
