For those wondering about the future of second-year right guard Christian Haynes, it looks as if a return to the active roster is imminent.

The Seattle Seahawks announced that Haynes, who was placed on injured reserve back in August with a pec injury, has been designated for return to practice ahead of Wednesday’s practice for the Washington Commanders game. Haynes dealt with a separate pec issue that kept him out of a few training camp practices, including the annual scrimmage at Lumen Field.

Haynes will have 21 days from today (Oct. 29) to be activated to the 53-man roster, otherwise he’ll revert to injured reserve.
