Three tiny lion cubs have just been born at Audubon Zoo in New Orleans, and the pictures are sure to make you go, "aww."

The trio was born to mother Kali and father Arnold, who last had a litter in 2020.

The zoo said it's the first time in its history that lions have had three surviving cubs from one litter. And all three are healthy and active.

The cubs won't be available for viewing for a few more weeks, Audubon Zoo said, but the zoo will be sharing updates on their development — or, as the zoo calls them, CUB-dates.

In the meantime, Kali will stay with the cubs in a private habitat.

African lions are listed as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
