The LSU Tigers have made a bold decision to move on from head coach Brian Kelly. After an incredibly disappointing tenure, the elite program will be searching for a new head coach and quite a few names have already been brought up as possible candidates.

Under Kelly since he was hired in 2022, LSU compiled a 34-14 record. The Tigers went 19-10 in SEC play, which clearly wasn't good enough for Kelly to keep his job.

Moving forward past the failed Kelly experiment, LSU cannot afford to miss with its next hire. Among the list of possible candidates for the job have been Lane Kiffin, Jon Sumrall, James Franklin, and many more names.
