(Reuters) -Alaska Airlines said its website and app was down on Wednesday, days after a technology outage grounded its flights across the U.S.

The issue was being looked into, the carrier said on X without elaborating as it responded to customers who were facing challenges while accessing the website.

The ground-stop caused by last week’s technology outage forced the carrier to cancel over 400 flights, and disrupted travel for more than 49,000 passengers.

Shares of Alaska were down about 1% in afternoon trading.
