Election day for the 2025 special election draws near, and Oregon counties have mailed ballots to registered voters, which are due Nov. 4.

This year, ballots were mailed Oct. 16, and drop boxes opened Oct. 17. Voters have until Nov. 4 to bring their ballot to an election drop box or mail it to the county elections office.

Lane County has 12 locations where registered voters can cast their ballot, a smaller number than usual because only some parts of the county have elections. Ballots will not be tallied until after the polls close on Election Day.
