Kayden Steptoe, a high school senior defensive back from Texas, has committed to the Montana State football program, he announced Friday.
The 6-foot, 190-pound Steptoe attends A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, Texas. He's a three-star recruit who received offers from FBS programs Bowling Green and Washington in addition to MSU, according to 247Sports .
Steptoe has 30 tackles (22 solo), three interceptions, six pass deflections and a forced fumble this season, per MaxPreps . He lists his 40-yard dash as 4.48 seconds, his vertical jump as 35 inches, his maximum bench press as 280 pounds, his max squat as 455 pounds and his GPA as 4.1.
