Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada Inc. is pitching in $100,000 to help fund the revitalization of the Kinsmen Stadium Fieldhouse (Kin 1 Diamond) in Riverside Park.

The revitalization project will transform the community space into an inclusive venue focused on accessibility and performance, making it an enjoyable space for spectators to take in a baseball game.

Cambridge Mayor Jan Liggett thanked Toyota for the company’s generosity, calling it more than an investment in infrastructure.

“It’s an investment in people, inclusion, and the shared experiences that bring our community together,” she said. “Having a fun, safe and accessible space for all players, visitors and residents to enjoy is at the heart of the Cambridge experience.”
