Launch party to celebrate start of Eastern Panhandle Solar Co-op on Thursday night The Eastern Panhandle Solar Co-op, a new initiative run through the nonprofit Solar United Neighbors, will launch with a community event at The Barn of Harpers Ferry. The purpose of the party will be to connect current solar homeowners with those interested in solar energy.
