A 38-year-old man from Wichita was arrested and booked into the Sedgwick County jail under suspicion of multiple counts of aggravated burglary and theft.
Police said since mid-August, the man had been forcing his way into the Eaton Place Apartments at Douglas and Emporia avenues and taking food from the common-area pantry without paying.
"There are 15 confirmed incidents," police told KSN.
