BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT), Northeast State Community College and East Tennessee State University (ETSU) signed a new articulation agreement on Wednesday that will expand transfer opportunities for students at the institutions.
According to TCAT, the agreement establishes new educational pathways that will allow credits to seamlessly transfer among Northeast State, TCAT and ETSU.
The agreement was announced and celebrated at Northeast State on Wednesday by several school leaders, including TCAT Elizabethton President Heath McMillian, TCAT Morristown President Suzanne Cox, Northeast State President Jeff McCord, Northeast State Vice President Connie Marshall and ETSU Provost Kimberly McCorkle.
