Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz on Wednesday questioned the legitimacy of Affordable Care Act coverage for many Americans, saying that “half” of the people enrolled in the subsidized health insurance plans “filed no claims last year.”
