LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The Wall Street Journal reports that President Trump’s advisers are considering a midterm political convention in Las Vegas.
According to the report, the President said the convention would aim to shine a spotlight on Republican candidates and incumbents, as well as his own record.
Advisors are also considering locations in Texas and Washington, D.C., according to the report, with the event seen as similar to the Milwaukee event that featured Hulk Hogan and Kid Rock.
“The Republicans are going to do a Midterm Convention in order to show the great things we have done since the Presidential Election of 2024,” President Trump said on Truth Social in September. “Time and place to be determined. Stay tuned, it will be quite the Event, and very exciting!”
