The project was unveiled Wednesday by Shaun Semple, owner of the Brandt Group of Companies. The new complex will be a place “that celebrates community, connection, and craft,” he said.

"When I look around at sports and entertainment and our facilities within this city, I think there is a lot of need for improvement," Semple said.

Located in the former Agribition Building, the plan for the development is to include a mix of venues and amenities designed to attract visitors from across Saskatche
