New Delhi: The winter chill has finally set in across Delhi-NCR. Temperatures have dipped steadily over the past few days. There was a slight improvement in the air quality on Wednesday morning. The city’s Air Quality Index (AQI) remained in the “poor” category on Wednesday morning at 279, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). According to experts, the situation may worsen further and forecasts have suggested that the AQI could slip into the “very poor” range by November 1.
