After missing Monday night’s game with a hamstring strain, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is primed to return to the field Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Coach Dan Quinn said Wednesday the plan is for Daniels to be a full practice participant all week. Barring a setback, that puts him in line to play the prime time game at Northwest Stadium.
Daniels was held out of practice last week and didn’t play against the Kansas City Chiefs after getting hurt in the Commanders’ Week 7 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He was also sidelined for two games earlier this season with a knee sprain. Though neither of his injuries have been serious, they’ve made it difficult for him and the offense to find a rhythm.
