UPDATE: November 5, 2025 at 11:22 a.m.
The suspect charged in the death of Sarah Doxey is expected to be placed back on electric home monitoring (EHM) after previously violating it, according to his attorney.
According to court documents, he was not allowed to have any friends over to his home while under EHM. He violated this condition, which prompted a detention rehearing on October 28. He was then booked into the Spokane County Jail.
He had another rehearing on October 31, at the request of his attorney, and a judge determined he would remain in jail through November 5.
The EHM conditions he will be required to follow will be the same as they were previously, according to statements from his attorney.
According to the inmate roster at Spokane County Jail, he has been released. Tr
