Beginning Monday, November 3, all City of Reno parking ticket payments will transition to the Reno Police Department.
People can make payments in person at the Reno Public Safety Center at 911 Kuenzli Street, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The public will continue to have multiple payment options, including online at Parking.Reno.Gov , by mail at P.O. Box 1900, in Reno at 89505, by phone at (775) 334-2293 , or by drop box at either City Hall’s 2nd floor parking garage (south entrance) or at the stair entrance on First Street between Virginia Street and University Way.
This change is part of a broader effort to modernize and streamline Reno’s parking program. In July, the Reno Police Department formally integrated the Parking Enforcement Division into its operations
