Imphal, October 29 2025: The Yaiskul Volunteers' Organisation (YVO) has submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West with an appeal to take necessary steps to arrest the culprits responsible forthe brutal murder of Angom Rita Devi (67).The victim was murdered in broad daylight at her own home at Yaiskul Chingakham Leirak on October 13.The memorandum signed by Sorokhaibam Saratchandra, president, Yaiskul Volunteers' Organisation, shared that the "Laima Thouram" of the deceased was held on October 26 but so far no suspects/murderers have been arrested by the police during the 15 days after the crime.

It added that the public of Yaiskul are facing fear psychosis due to the incident and are anxious to hear about the arrest of the culprits.
