CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A vigil was held at the UVA Chapel from 9 to 10 p.m. tonight honoring Gunnar Kennedy, a UVA student who died while hiking in Slovenia.

Students came to honor and remember Kennedy, bringing letters and sharing stories to give to his family.
