WATERFORD – Warren De La Salle is marching on to the state finals once again.

The Division 2 fourth-ranked Pilots – the defending state champions making their third straight appearance in the D-2 state semifinals – advanced to the state finals for the eighth time in school history where the Pilots will go after their seventh state title. De La Salle advanced with a 1-0 shutout over fifth-ranked Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood Wednesday at Waterford Kettering.

De La Salle (20-4-2) will face second-ranked and undefeated Hudsonville Unity Christian – the 2023 state champion in Division 3 – for the Division 2 state title at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Grand Ledge High School.
