(KRON) -- Officials with the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District are warning the community about a man who has allegedly targeted four schools to steal personal items and credit cards from classrooms.
The trespassing and theft incidents occurred Wednesday, according to the district. Surveillance video that was shared with Livermore police captured the suspect near the classrooms. Livermore police said they are actively investigating the case and "exploring all leads."
"We were not aware until multiple staff members started reporting fraudulent activity on credit cards they realized were stolen," said Michelle Dawson, of Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District, in a statement to KRON4.
