Tributes have been paid to an ambulance worker who died on shift. ‌

Gary Todd, who was known as Toddy to pals, passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 23. The 41-year-old, from Kirkcaldy , served in the Scots Guards before taking on his role with the Scottish Ambulance Service. ‌

Colleagues at the Scottish Ambulance Service lead the tributes to Gary as they shared their heartache at the tragedy. ‌

Kenny Freeburn, East Regional Director, Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We are deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague and our heart-felt condolences go to his family, friends and colleagues at this very difficult time.”
