The Orange County Auditor-Controller's Office, state and local leaders announced Wednesday a new way for residents to access forgotten money.

The website was created as a courtesy to help Orange County residents, businesses, and non-profits locate unclaimed money.
"Across California, there’s over 15 billion unclaimed funds held by the state controller's office until the owner claims it. Here in Orange County, there’s over $700 million just sitting here waiting for individuals, businesses, and residents to claim these funds," said Andrew Hamilton, Orange County Controller.
