Team India ODI vice-captain Shreyas Iyer has been admitted in St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney for nearly a week now after a suffering from a life-threatening injury in the third one-day match against Australia at the SCG last Saturday. Iyer suffered from laceration of the spleen which led to internal bleeding and kept him in the ICU as his blood pressure parameters dropped alarmingly low.
