The ladies of Hollywood are stepping out for Variety ‘s big event!

Kate Hudson , Eva Longoria , Jane Fonda , and Wanda Sykes were among the many stars that attended Variety’s 2025 Power of Women event on Wednesday evening (October 29) held at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“Power of Women is a seminal event that celebrates entertainment leaders whose actions and voices inspire crucial change,” Variety CEO and group publisher Michelle Sobrino-Stearns shared in a statement . “We’re proud to honor these remarkable women and to continue our valued partnership with Lifetime in showcasing their impact. Their creativity, courage, and commitment are shaping the future of our industry.”
