Sean Tarsatana scored a hat trick and assisted on the other goal to lead third-seeded Washington Township, No. 14 in the NJ.com Top 20, to a 4-2 win over 15th-seeded Ocean City in the semifinals of the South Jersey Coaches Association Tournament at DeCou Field in Cherry Hill.
The Minutemen (17-1-2) extended their unbeaten streak to 18 and advanced to their second Coaches Cup final in the past three years. They will go for the program’s fourth title and first since 2017 when they either top-seeded St. Augustine or fourth-seeded Shawnee in Saturday’s final. Matt Cosentino hssports@njadvancemedia.com
