Muzaffarpur ( Bihar ) [India], October 30 (ANI): Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally in Muzaffarpur today, District Magistrate Subrat Kumar Sen inspected the event spot along with other officials.

DM said all security arrangements have been made as per protocol, adding that the administration will ensure the public rally proceeds smoothly.
