Some people thought 22 prepared questions might have been a few too many for city council and mayoral candidates. However, organizers of the With Many Hands-Roswell political forum were ready to hear answers — at least within the time allotted.

Incumbent Mayor Timothy Jennings, as well as Councilors Robert Corn and Edward Heldenbrand, were among those who didn’t appear. But many of their opponents participated, and some demonstrated a wider knowledge of Roswell, speaking more confidently than they had earlier in the campaign — even when the gears shifted toward questions from the audience.

The first night highlighted those looking to represent Roswell Wards 1 and 3. Then the second night featured people vying for positions acting on behalf of Wards 4 and 5, along with mayoral hopefuls.
